For those who travel, don’t you feel like the need to start the day with a a healthy breakfast? Get the energy going from the very beginning of the day. And its usually better when made with a non GMO & Gluten Free granola, {for those who care to know} I made this morning’s parfait with Ancient Grain Granola delicately made by Purely Elizabeth + Chobani greek yogurt and your fav fruits and berries (plus I added maple syrup). Wish I had this granola with me always! “Healthy can be insanely delicious”
Here is my recipe:
In a glass {could be one like this } sprinkle 2 tblsp of Purely Elizabeth Ancient Grain Granola
Then layer on top 2 tbsp of Chobani Greek Yogurt ( I used vanilla bc it goes lovely with maple syrup)
Add a splash of maple syrup
Repeat layering: another 2 tblsp of Granola and another 2 tblsp of greek yogurt.
Top with your favorite berries/fruits
You may, of course, make this to enjoy it as a snack also. And make it part of your monrning routine. Weather you are on the road or not. Or if you like you can choose to mix your own Granola {check my recipie here too}
