It was an honor to be asked by renowned photographer and author Claiborne Swanson Frank to be included with my brood of four, together with 69 other moms and their kids, in her gorgeous new coffee table book called Mother and Child.

The Mother and Child book has been out since last April. In it, I describe the joyful experience of being the matriarch of my nomadic polo-playing family. The photographs, taken in Santa Barbara last summer are stunning and do a marvelous job depicting the love and ties a mother has to her children.
