My life has always been a fun workout. Specially when I was a little girl I would never stop. I would rarely sit still. We weren’t allowed to watch tv, nor we wanted to! My favourite thing was to ride bareback on my ponies till sunset. Miss those warm endless summers with my cousins. We knew how to have fun without a device at that time.
When I was like 7, I would watch the older girls at school practice high jump. And then later the coach would pull me out class and take training for the school team. At the age of 13 I become an athlete. So I definitely believe that fitness is inside me. And I was a High Jumper for 5 years. After I had an injury on my back I decided to stop. At that time my country didn’t give much support to the sport comitte, so It was hard to think of it as a lifestyle. I could have left Argentina and gone to college, but deep inside me I thought I didn’t want that kind of life. Right about them I met Nacho and that was that. 🙂
I am not the kind of person that enjoys sitting on the couch thru the whole weekend watching marathons of tv series. Although I must admit I have gone straight to the studio after watching an entire season of House of Cards in more than one opportunity (oops!). But it was for sure, after having an active day.
Anyways, back to my work out, I have learned thru traveling, that the best way to feel new places is to walk their parks. Or ride their roads. And thats exactly what I did and I really want to share with you the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley! This is definitely my favourite road. Armor Ranch has beautiful winding roads surrounded by vast golden territories that will make your run go by so fast. Another fascinating run is out in Los Olivos, up and down Figueroa Mountain Rd.
